Management entrance

CMAT

The Common Management Admission Test is an NTA examination used by participating management institutions.

Areas to investigate

Plan from the official instructions

Use the current NTA information bulletin for eligibility, test structure and candidate instructions. Confirm separately that your selected institution accepts the relevant score.

Keep the limits clear

Test registration is not a seat allocation or admission confirmation. Check the institution’s own process.

Build a reliable preparation routine

Start with the current official syllabus or assessment outline. Identify unfamiliar areas, practise a small set of questions and review mistakes before increasing speed. Keep a record of what you misunderstood and revisit it. For scholarships, check the assessment and award terms instead of assuming the process matches an entrance test.

Before you register

Verify the application window, identity requirements, payment channel and any separate institution application. Save the official acknowledgement. This guide does not publish unverified current deadlines or predict admission chances.
